We are looking for a variety of food concepts to enrich the food category offerings in our food court, including but not limited to pizza, fried chicken, burritos, smoked barbecue, sushi, kebabs, bento, ramen, dim sum, dumplings, sandwiches, etc. This is your chance as a gourmet shop owner to showcase unique flavours and dishes to a diverse consumer audience of locals, tourists and business people.

Pizza

Chicago is known for its variety of specialty pizzas. We are looking for a brand of freshly baked pizza with melted cheese and special flavors and toppings.

Bento Box

A neatly arranged bento box with sections for rice, meat or fish, and sides.

Fried Chicken

Crispy fried chicken pieces served with sides like french fries or biscuits.
 

Salads

Salad bowls with fresh greens, vegetables, nuts, and dressing. 

Rou Jia Mo

The chewy bun baked in a clay oven or fried in a pan and with a mouthwatering meat filling stewed in a variety of spices.

Smoked BBQ

A good local barbecue ribs or brisket with a smoky charred exterior.
 
 

Sushi

Sushi platters with different types of sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri.

Dim Sum

Bamboo steamers filled with dim sum items like Har Gao, ShuMai,dumplings, buns, and spring rolls.

Sandwich

Healthy bread with whole wheat and fresh vegetables.

Ramen or Noodles
